AlabamaTeaParty.org reader, Jackie, sent this along as a comment to an earlier article, but it is so well written that it rises to full article status.

For some reason, I had not heard about President Obama’s dog getting its own private jet. Here is the link to the originating July 17th article in the Morning Sentinel….

Jackie reminds us that while some suffer, mostly in quiet desperation, others yuck it up, having all the fun, in a very public way. Our president leads by example, again.

Obama doesn’t need to be Muslim, Christian or anything else because he believes he is the only deity worth worshiping. In true delusional, narcissistic form he trusts only in his own omnipotent powers.

The sad thing is I am not being sarcastic; it is an honest trait of this particular personality disorder. Truly terrifying because this type of person believes any means justify the end. Everyone who interferes in the process is expendable.

To prove just how out of touch he is with the people in this devastating economy, on a recent vacation(just before Michelle’s trip to Spain) the family flew to a small town in Maine for some time “away.” The town was so small it did not have an airport large enough for Air Force One, so they had to use a smaller jet.

The interesting thing though is that they chartered a PRIVATE JET FOR THEIR DOG! The 1st dog flew in on a private jet with his handlers, for which the airport had to be closed to accommodate his arrival!

The first family followed a short time later. They then proceeded through town with a 16 CAR MOTORCADE to an ice cream shop, followed by other junk food stops.

We are all supposed to vacation in our own backyards, starve, ride bicycles to work, while he is flying his dog around on a private jet. My guess is that the dog isn’t even allowed into the living area of the White House. They just had to get a dog because it would make him appear more like an acceptable American.

Apparently they never needed a dog before becoming President. I know may people who have lost their homes and are living in campers (some even in tents), have lost every thing and wonder how the president and wife justify taking 40 of their “closest friends” to one of the most expensive resorts in the world.

He has been on vacation since he was elected; living the life of the Rich and Famous without a care in the world about what Real People are going through.

I watched all of Glenn Beck’s Restoring Honor rally this past Saturday morning with the intensity and pleasure of a pious church goer at his favorite church.

I was raised in church and have spent the better part of my life in same, but I’m not what you would call pious. However, Glenn Beck’s multi-denominational rally struck just the right chord. It struck a chord that I have not experienced in a long time. It was truly a blessing. If you were fortunate enough to be able to watch it on CSPANN or on Facebook, you know what I mean.

After, the usual suspects in the news media began their usual hatchet jobs. Some of the articles that were available on Saturday, post the rally, looked as if they were written before the rally. Indeed, they could have been.

Saturday afternoon, just after the 300-500,000 person rally ended, CBS News reported that exactly 87,000 people attended the Restoring Honor rally, which was less than the 100,000 that Beck had predicted. Too bad, Glenn.

Saturday night, Grrraldo rounded up the Rev. Al Sharpton, a Baptist Minister. (Where is Reverend Sharpton’s church? Can someone tell me?) Reverend Sharpton flopped around like a beached carp on the matter of the rally. You’ve seen his interviews.

Sunday, President Obama said he had not watched any of the Restoring Honor rally. He characterized the attendees as folks who are dissatisfied with the way things are going, and said that they are “easily led.” He dismissed them saying that you find them in any time of distress. No big deal.

The Shine Is Off Our Imams

I expected the usual left wing media culprits to dismiss Beck and the Restoring Honor rally. More, I expected (but fervently hoped I would be proven wrong) the usual suspects on our side to do the same.

I’m disappointed beyond measure at the response of our own leaders, those people being Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, and Mark Levin.

I listened to the first hour of Levin and he did not mention the Restoring Honor rally. If later, he did, I”ll be more than happy to retract or revise.

Rush Limbaugh could not be contacted for his reaction, because he’s off on another golf frolic, this time for a week and a half. He also mentioned Thursday’s show that he’d be taking off in November for another. November? Tell me that I heard that wrong. Please.

Best of all, Sean Hannity said Monday to a caller that he hadn’t had time to listen to much of the rally Saturday because he was busy. That’s fair enough, because he had just come off his own tour.

But let’s be candid. It’s quite in line for the “mainstream media” to behave the way they did about the rally. We lament their behavior bitterly. But what about our own leaders?

Rush spends more and more time wheel’s up lately, so I wonder where his head really is at times. Levin gives the appearance that he hates Beck. Hannity shys away from anything Beck much as you or I would a poisonous snake.

I’m not calling for a love fest. I’m not even calling for these very competitive leaders to cooperate. But I am calling for common courtesy. When Levin and Hannity IGNORE something as massive as the Restoring Honor rally, they are also ignoring their own base. They, in effect say that we don’t matter.

When you ask our leaders, “What about that Restoring Honor rally?” and they respond, “What rally?” it’s time for an adjustment.

If the peril the nation faces isn’t enough to foster at least a courteous common cause among the people we look to for news and guidance, then their council must be tempered with the knowledge that they have agendas above what is apparent.

Frankly, I expect better, and more from these men. For example, Rush is in no position to make judgments about Obama’s multitudinous vacations. Rush has diminished himself, at least in my eyes, on this topic. (Rush would have a belly laugh over what *I* think.) Likewise, I must filter whatever Hannity says through a petty filter. And Levin… Levin most of all disappoints, because side by side, there isn’t a dime’s worth of difference between his views and those of Beck.

So, please don’t think that is just me. Liberals the nation over take comfort when our leaders dis each other…and in the case of the Restoring Honor rally, the half million who attended and the untold others who watched on CSPANN and Facebook.

What in God’s name are these men thinking? Now is the time for unity. A nation of conservatives are in harmony. Is it not right to ask at least a portion from the men we turn to for advice and leadership in this, the most important political times in the last 150 years? I can’t take a man seriously who doesn’t return the favor.

The burning question of the week has finally been answered. President Obama is neither a duck nor a Muslim. However, he is enthralled by something called, Collective Salvation.

The MOST CONSERVATIVE Website in the United States of America puts the Muslim theory to bed once and for all.

Ever since I brought the question as to whether President Obama, may he be blessed 72 times, was a Muslim or a duck, the country has been literally melting down with opinion.

President Obama, “Staring into the face of the failure of his economic policy,” as money man Stuart Varney so aptly put it, continues with his Recovery Summer Program. He is recovering nicely with his umpteenth restful vacation at Martha’s Vineyard eating cheese, playing golf, and drinking wine, all on the country’s tab. Bless his widdle heart.

In the meantime, Doctor Glenn Beck, the foremost interpreter of liberals, laid to rest the assertion that Obama is a Muslim. Beck made a very compelling case.

In a nutshell, Beck explained that the confusion set in because Americans don’t know just what in the heck Obama is. But whatever he is, if you’ll just think about it for a moment, he’s not a Muslim.

Obama is not a good Muslim, at any rate. Nor is he a good Christian.

I’m in no theological position to comment on the finer points of Obama’s religious status, but broadly, anyone with any Christian training can see that Obama, by Christian definition, isn’t much of a Christian.

Nor is he much of a Muslim. There are known Muslim tenants that the man breaks. To our best knowledge he does not pray to Mecca four times a day.

He isn’t a Buddhist, Nudist, and definitely not a Jew. He doesn’t seem to be Agnostic. He doesn’t do Catholic things, that we know of. He may be a bit of a Hedonist. Hedonism is a school which argues that pleasure is the only intrinsic good. He’s definitely into that.

The one thing that we do know is that he spent 20 years in the company of Preacher Wright…ol Gosh Darn America himself.

Preacher Wright taught the future President the wacky form of Christianity known as Black Liberation Theology. Says the imminent explainer of religion, friend Wiki, “Black liberation theology maintains that African Americans must be liberated from multiple forms of bondage — social, political, economic and religious. This formulation views Christian theology as a theology of liberation — “a rational study of the being of God in the world in light of the existential situation of an oppressed community, relating the forces of liberation to the essence of the gospel, which is Jesus Christ,”

Obama and his adherents are deniers of common sense and reality. However, this isn’t religious. It’s a mental defect. Thus, if the conservatives say the country is going to hell in a hand basket, Obama suggests we fill the hand basket with sandwiches and go on a picnic. After all, it’s paid for. Right? Besides, what else you got to do? You’re not working right now. Lost your house. No roof. Eat and be merry! The worst is behind us. Three million jobs saved! Could always be worse!

Another thing that is known is that the president believes deeply in something called Collective Salvation.

Most of us have never heard of collective salvation. At least before Glenn Beck rooted it out. He didn’t discover this little hiccup in Obama’s makeup, but he did popularize it. Collective salvation is a way of saying that no man goes to heaven unless all men go to heaven. Something like that. Mostly, it’s about the redistribution of wealth, and the redistribution of wealth is an enduring facet of Obama that we can ALL agree on.

It’s not my intention to explain the intricacies of collective salvation. Just type it into Google. There’s plenty out there on the topic. There is plenty of proof that Obama is deeply in bed with it too.

So, as for Obama, what we’re left with is not a Muslim, but in a way, an ingenious American innovator on a head trip, and a mission direct from Marx. Obama the opportunist. Obama the populist. Obama the self made Manchurian Candidate. In short, everything but Obama the Muslim.

Obama is all of those things blended into crazy stew of so many tasty bits, that while not edible as a whole, has enough ingredients so as to appeal in some fashion to all the hungry radical progressives of the nation. If the peas offend, then concentrate on the carrots.

And you know by your own experience that in your life you have had friends or family members that would defend the peas…or the carrots, to the death. And damn the innocent mashed potatoes with equal vigor. Anyone for a duck leg?

Considering the long list of infamies performed on us since the last ‘lection, I’m frankly a little surprised that the conservative talkers have latched onto this Mosque mess, Ground Zero, 911 stuff with the tenacity of a weasel on a chicken neck.

It is a fact that there are people with very strong opinions on the subject, but for the most part, I doubt it’s front and center in most folks lives in the Estados Unidos.

On the other hand, it is front and center for some over in the old country. To back up my assertion, I went and did my research after I wrote the previous sentence. Let’s have a look, shall we….

From the imperious pages of Asharq Al-Awsat…

——————————————–

Asharq Al-Awsat
The leading Arabic international paper
Asharq Al-Awsat is the world’s premier pan-Arab daily newspaper, Printed simultaneously on four continents in 12 cities.
Launched in London in 1978, Asharq Al-Awsat has established itself as the decisive publication on pan- Arab and international affairs, offering its reader’s in-depth analysis and exclusive editorials, as well as the most comprehensive coverage of the entire Arab World.

A House of Worship or a Symbol of Destruction?

16/08/2010 By Abdul Rahman Al-Rashid he general manager of Al -Arabiya television. Mr. Al Rashed is also the former editor-in-chief of Asharq Al- Awsat, and the leading Arabic weekly magazine, Al Majalla. He is also a senior Columnist in the daily newspapers of Al Madina and Al Bilad. He is a US post-graduate degree in mass communications. He has been a guest on many TV current affairs programs. He is currently based in Dubai.

US President Barack Obama adopted a difficult position when he supported the building of a mosque near ground zero, where 3,000 US citizens died at the hands of Al-Qaeda terrorists on 11 September 2001.

Despite the fact that the president adopted the correct stance in principle, i.e. the principle of freedom of worship, in my opinion he adopted an unnecessary and unimportant stance, even as far as Muslims are concerned. The mosque is not an issue for Muslims, and they are not bothered by its construction.

This reminds us of another principled stance Obama took when he insisted on putting the Guantanamo prisoners accused of belonging to Al-Qaeda on trial before civilian courts, and on closing down the military prison. It is true that this stance deserves appreciation. However, the fact is that he fought a battle that does not concern Muslims across the world, because there are tens of thousands of Muslims – similar to those accused of extremism – who are imprisoned in worse conditions in Muslim countries.

Muslims do not aspire for a mosque next to the 11 September cemetery, and are not bothered with Bin Ladin’s cook being put on trial in a civilian court. Muslims have issues that encroach upon the destinies of nations; these issues are the cause of isolation and calamity, such as the establishment of the State of Palestine. For Obama to focus his energy and efforts, and fight for the establishment of peace in the Middle East is more important and more valuable than a mosque in New York.

The fact is that building a mosque next to the site of the World Trade Center Twin Towers, which were destroyed during the 11 September attacks, is a strange story. This is because the mosque is not an issue for Muslims, and they have not heard of it until the shouting became loud between the supporters and the objectors, which is mostly an argument between non-Muslim US citizens!

Neither did the Muslims ask for a single building, nor do the angry Muslims want the mosque. This is one of the few times when the two opposing sides are in agreement. Nevertheless, the dispute has escalated, and has reached the front pages of the press and the major television programs, demonstrations have been staged in the streets, and large posters have been hung on buses roaming the streets of New York calling for preventing the building of the mosque and reminding the people of the 11 September crime. It really is a strange battle!

I cannot imagine that Muslims want a mosque on this particular site, because it will be turned into an arena for promoters of hatred, and a symbol of those who committed the crime. At the same time, there are no practicing Muslims in the district who need a place of worship, because it is indeed a commercial district. Is there a side that is committed to this mosque? The fact is that in the news reports there are names linked to this project that costs 100 million dollars!

The sides enthusiastic for building the mosque might be building companies, architect houses, or politicized groups that want suitable investments?! I do not know whether the building applicant wants a mosque whose aim is reconciliation, or he is an investor who wants quick profits. This is because the idea of the mosque specifically next to the destruction is not at all a clever deed. The last thing Muslims want today is to build just a religious center out of defiance to the others, or a symbolic mosque that people visit as a museum next to a cemetery.

What the US citizens do not understand is that the battle against the 11 September terrorists is a Muslim battle, and not theirs, and this battle still is ablaze in more than 20 Muslim countries. Some Muslims will consider that building a mosque on this site immortalizes and commemorates what was done by the terrorists who committed their crime in the name of Islam. I do not think that the majority of Muslims want to build a symbol or a worship place that tomorrow might become a place about which the terrorists and their Muslim followers boast, and which will become a shrine for Islam haters whose aim is to turn the public opinion against Islam. This is what has started to happen now; they claim that there is a mosque being built over the corpses of 3,000 killed US citizens, who were buried alive by people chanting God is great, which is the same call that will be heard from the mosque.

It is the wrong battle, because originally there was no mosque in order to rebuild it, and there are no practicing Muslims who want a place in which to worship.

——————————————–

So, basically, Muslims, while properly worshipful, as the should be, of President Obama, have better things to do than worry with this silly NY Ground Zero Mosque. Hear hear! As the man says, this is one of those crazy times when the argument is strictly between Americans. The Muslims, that the argument is about, are sitting on the sidelines drinking green tea, watching the ball being swatted back and forth. Mostly, they just wish the whole thing would go away. They don’t think they have a dervish in the fight.

Actually, foreign Muslims have a lot more to worry with than new Mosques in NY. They worry with things like…survival. Being killed by themselves. Sneaky mean Jewish folks doing a conspiracy. Little things like that.

Therefore, I stand corrected. My original statement said, “On the other hand, it is front and center for some over in the old country.” Looks like I was completely wrong.

What I’m right about, though, is that this really looks like the old Obama Rope-A-Dope, or Glenn Beck’s watching one hand doing tricks while the other one is the one really tricking you. A deception. A sneak. Of course, President Obama, may he be worshiped and blessed 72 times, didn’t stick his ample foot into his mouth on purpose, but while we’re all out here chasing our tails over this goofy Mosque, there’s no telling what rude and corruptible meanness he’s been up to.

What’s way more scary than a Ramadan Imam calling for prayer four times a day with his souped up 13 story amp in downtown NY is the mischief our democrat pals are up to while we’re studying Mosques.

It’s best that the Mosque thing just blows over. The Muslims want it over. The majority of Americans want it over. (Correction…Americans want it several streets over and away from Ground Zero.) We have bigger fish to fry. The fish we must battle to fry are the carping democrats and their sissy Republican accomplices. Come November, the call won’t be to Mosque, it will be to the voting booth to fire some misbehaving democrats. Then we can all go to Mosque and thank God.

Frankly, we decided to end the “What Would I Do If I Were President Obama” contest early. We were expending too many resources trying to keep up with the many entries.

Besides that, some of the entries were a little appalling. One lady responded that she would take a trip to Spain. That’s all. Just go to Spain. Not only did this exhibit a total lack of imagination, but we thought it just a little selfish. We were hoping to get more selfless answers.

The winner was Harold Lauder of Ogunquit, Maine. Lauder’s winning entry follows…

Dear ATP,

“I have stridden the fuming way of sun-hammered tracks and my feet are very sore. I would buy a pair of cowboy boots for myself and….”

You get the idea. The tract continues on with some poetry and cussing Obama and such. It was the last entry we got, so we just picked it to be rid of this bad idea contest.

Lauder will receive the Grand NoPrize by registered mail. We thank each and everyone one of you that entered your thoughts. Enough of that.

Wonder no more. A little lady who came for a visit, but overstayed her visa a bit, solved that mystery more than 50 years ago!
I just finished reading Ayn Rand’s Atlas Shrugged. I’m a fast reader, but at better than 1300 pages in paperback, it still took a looong time. There are worlds of stuff about Ayn Rand on the net, good and bad, so you’ll have no problem going further with your researches. I think my conservative review is as good as any pointy headed college educated liberal wacamole intellectual any time so you’re going to get it, especially if you are still reading.
As we all must, Ayn Rand came and went. January 20 1905 – March 6, 1982.
Originally a Roosian, she came to the United States in her teens, shortly after the revolution and stayed. She worked in Hollywood, wrote movie stuff, and must have been a real piece of work as a pal. She was evidently an atheist, thought faith was for suckers, and worshiped the sign of the dollar with a passionate zeal that by comparison would make an ardent Southern Baptist preacher look like a heretic. She was the essence of the essence of capitalism.
A failed disciple of hers will stun you. Ever heard of Alan Greenspan, the Fed God who led his children from monetary wilderness to monetary wilderness until he led them into the greatest monetary wilderness and then took a powder? Yes, Greenspan was a big believer in Rand and her theories, though he didn’t quite make the grade in real life.

Rand was a fiscal Zeusette, and a social, wimpy, limp wristed, wacamole high society liberal dame who neither gave quarter or took prisoners…

What she wrote, she wrote from the standpoint of capitalism. Nothing else mattered, neither meat nor mountains.

Whatever else, she was brilliant with a capital B. Stunningly accurate about what’s going on in America…TODAY. She had NO well of knowledge to draw on. She was ahead of everyone…Goldwater, Regan, Rush…Everyone, and vastly more. She wrote the book on what is…why is… and what’s to come.

I doubt that any of our talking head heroes have read Atlas Shrugged all the way through, precisely because it is semi-science fiction, long, and extraordinary boring in places.
In my view, it is 3 books in one:
One third of the book is a love story from old movie love story hell.
Another third is Rand’s view on her very own made up philosophy called “objectivism.”
The best third is the part that will open up your eyes to what’s really going on around you with Obama, may his name be blessed 72 times, and his minions.
With the very power of old Nostradamus himself, Rand, in a book published in 1957, Atlas Shrugged. accurately predicts where the country is today and where it’s going if the shadows of things to come remain unaltered.
Keeping in mind that editors universally despise everything I write, Rand, isn’t an accomplished story teller. The looooong arc of her book is kinda clumsy, actually, particularly the ending. I promise, I give nothing away by telling you this. Regardless, if you are a conservative, you are GOING TO FINISH the book, even if it injures you. If you are Obama, you’re writing your own version this very minute.
Frankly, my suspicion is that her book serves mainly to give light to her theory of objectivism. However, in the meantime, if only one third of the book is concerned with what YOU are going to go ape over, that comes to a nify 450 pages! It’s a books worth of reading inside the book.
The plot is fairly simple for a 1300+ page book. Rand creates a dystopia where a girl named Dagny with a railroad falls for a gay ladies man from Argentina named Francisco, then a steel tycoon named Hank, and then…..well, that would be telling.
While all this is going on, in a world where most countries are called, “People States of“…. kind hearted industrialists start giving away the store, bringing on the Peoples State of America, where everyone is taken care of because they want to be taken care of, and nobody is better than anybody else, and Obama gets his way.
Actually, in the book Atlas Shrugged, Obama is probably laying around drinking wine and eating cheese on Air Force One all day long. He’s not even in the book. Just as in our world, in the world of Atlas Shrugged, everything is being run by administration Czars, such as the uber Czar, Mr. Stanley Mouch played by Obama chieftan, RAHM EMANUEL who decried, “Never let a crisis go to waste.” IT’s IN THE BOOK!
Atlas Shrugged is unlike any other utopia book. While the real world of our lord Obama has many elements of 1984 and Brave New World and Animal Farm….Ladies and gentlemens, Atlas Shrugged has ALL the elements of our present situation, progressing to the logical outcome…and you may take it from me, it’s scary as hell, and right on the button…unless the shadows of the future are changed.
But, spirit of Ayn Rand…Can it be changed??!

After you have read the book, as you watch your nightly television and get the latest utterly stupid, bizzare, deadly, ignorant, no comprehende Obama New Deal news, you will fall into my melodious television scream-chant of…. IT’s IN THE BOOK….IT’s IN THE BOOK….IT’s IN THE BOOK….
While Ayn Rand’s objectivism solution is elegant and may well work, it’s not the way most of us think. It’s not even the way most of could think if we tried. And frankly, if it did work, it would take the passion and zeal of a kool aid drinking liberal wacamole to make it work. Regardless, good theory or not, it ain’t happening.
Thus, Atlas Shrugged offers no real world solutions, but it does lay out exquisitely, and in great precision what is going on today and what will happen if it’s not stopped. It BLOWS AWAY all other books of its kind. And the really wonderful spooky thing of it is that it was written way back in 1957. The things in that book that relate to today were unknowable at the time. At that time there was simply no store of knowledge to use to guess the future that is ours. Nobody could have seen our situation coming in full, as Ayn Rand did in Atlas Shrugged.
By the way, the book ending of Atlas Shrugged is right out of the ending of the movie, “Things to Come.” If you know the movie of which I speak, and you read the book Atlas Shrugged, you’ll see what I’m talking about. If you neither know the movie or intend to read Atlas Shrugged, then never mind.
Most writers write about what they know. Some (mostly scifi writers and global warming and cooling fans) attempt extrapolation.

More often than not, when they extrapolate, that is, use contemporary knowledge to predict the future…most often they get it dead wrong. Most future things can not be known using this process…. But Rand divined the future…..down to the kool aid korpuscles flowing in the veins of namby pamby sissy liberals. If you only commit book suicide once in your life, you MUST read Atlas Shrugged.

You’re going see the daily news in a whole new….and more scary light than ever before.
As long as the suicides from states like Minnesota continue to inexplicably give us senators like popular lunatic fringe kool aid drinking left wing funny man Al Franken, you can rest assured that the spinning ghost of Ayn Rand continues to scream from the grave…. “It’s ALL in my flipping book! Moron!”
Thanks to Ayn Rand and Atlas Shrugged, knowing what we know of why things are, and what things are to come, why do we permit this political abomination to continue? Who is John Galt?

Thus, the AlabamaTeaParty.org website, the Most Conservative Website in America asks this question…

What would YOU do if you were President Obama?

An example would be….

Dear ATP,

If I were President Obama, I would get rid of all the spiders. Except maybe I would keep let live the garden spider, which I kind of like. And the Writing Spider which never bit anyone that I ever heard of. And my wife likes the Wolf Spider. I don’t know why. But I would let that one alone too. My address is included. Please send my prize there!

Send your comment. Also, don’t be greedy. Send the link to this page to ALL your friends. Liberals too.

The winner will receive a deluxe noprize. Think about what you can do with it.
Please don’t think this is just some lame internet ploy to increase our readership by 1000% overnight. Your noprize awaits! Be the one!

Toilet water is a precious thing to waste. This video, produced in Brazil, and possibly paid for by Obama stimulus monies tries very hard to impress it upon you, the new peon, that it is more important than ever before to pee pee (below the equator in Brazil, xixi sounds like she-she. It does. Trust me por favor.) in the shower instead of the commode.

Brazil is decades ahead of the United States when it comes to socialism, but the American people are catching up quickly. This video is not new. It has been out for a year or so. Rerunning used Brazilian PSA’s saves energy because no new electrons must be created in the process.

Here we are, picking up the slack for the rest of the media again; they seem fairly disinterested in the New Black Panther case that was dropped by the Justice Department and Eric Holder.

Remember the footage from the 2008 presidential election? It’s of New Black Panther Party members who were standing in front of a polling location in Philadelphia in full uniform wielding a police-style baton weapon. They were clearly trying to intimidate potential voters.

Now how many times have you seen guys in uniform with baton weapons in front of your polling place? I know, it happens all the time, right? Well, a complaint was filed in the U.S. District Court in Philadelphia against Samir Shabazz and Jerry Jackson. They were part of a national effort by the New Black Panthers to station members at polls and intimidate.

After the case was effectively won by the Department of Justice and a default sentencing was imminent in May of 2009, the DOJ made the unheard of move to suddenly file a notice of voluntary dismissal of the lawsuit for two of the defendants.

There had to be some reason for the sudden turnaround, right? Some logical explanation.

Maybe the defendants were unaware that they were standing in front of a polling location and it was all a big mix up. Maybe they were very, very sorry for violating Americans’ rights and engaging in an activity that African-Americans, of all people, should be offended by.

Most likely, you saw this on Beck. If, somehow you managed to miss his interpretation of the poll incident which took place in Philadelphia thusly:
ALL the news guys are referring to the crackerknocker in this guy’s paw as a BATON. Look here, friends. The beret guy is carrying a length of stick suitable for bouncing off white heads, and beating in the faces of they white babies. He’s a kook, nut, and a dangerous racist, the likes of which we haven’t seen since the last anti Jew rally at the U.N., and he is holding his night baton in a most menacing manner at a polling place. I think I would have been a little nervous having to walk around him to go vote. What about you?

So, I ax you again….How did the nightstick you see here become a BATON like high school girls carry in the homecoming parade and toss very highly indeed at the football game half time? I’ll bet the first time ol Racist Shabazz lands a thump on your head because you are voting the wrong way, you’ll stop calling it a sissy baton.

And while we’re at it. A simple question. If you do happen to have an opinion on the Shabazz/Poll/DOJ debacle, would you possibly feel differently now IF the Department of Justice had cracked down on Shabazz instead of giving him a pass?
