Like you, 15 times a day I hear of Obama things that make me want to bust an appendix, but, I control myself fairly well. I don’t run here 15 times a day, though I think about it. I mean, I do have other things to do.
BUT...Of all Obama things we like best, one must admit that the Health Care Debacle along with Cap and Trade and Stimulus One and Stimulus Two are nation killers.
However, the latest news has once again set me to spraying spittle in the general direction of the telly, and I know if I start laughing, I can’t stop. Has anyone in the formidable Obama Circle of Insiders ever heard of…

Miranda Rights

Did anyone in our military, poor breakers of things and raiders of the night….and I mean ANYONE stop and think for one single moment to issue their terrorist victims their last Miranda Rights? You know…anything we torture out of you like your next planned attack may be held against you in a court of law?

Even the simplest dolt among us who has watched 3 episodes of the formerly hit documentary series, Law and Order knows that Miranda Rights, which were introduced, by the way, on the long running police documentary, Dragnet, probably in their 1967 season, MUST be delivered prior to torture. They also know what’s going to happen when Jack McCoy and the NY judges get their paws on the Causers of Man Made Disaster. (aka Terrorists)

McCoy, lately ultra lib, torture hating NYC DA will secretly slip a note to the judge telling him, in essence…ooops…

And then the judgy wudgy is going to ax the terrorists…”Did the egregious killers and breakers of things-military of the United States of America (aka Infidels) give you your last Miranda Rights at ANY time before forcing you to bob for apples?”

And they will answer in some foreign gibberish, no…..

And then the judge will leap up and scream, THEN YOU’RE OUTTA HERE…..

And this is just the first hoop our Obama friends must jump through. Even if they could get around the Miranda thing…which they can’t, and the trial begins, Obama will be a little old man with a long white beard by the time it ends and the terrorists, or their elderly deceased remains are returned to the sands and rocks from which they first crawled.

Tell me for true. Knowing that this some kind of sick lib caused farce, and if it proceeds it will be like OJx10, and will gut whatever credibility our country still has around the world…Do you want to see this obamanation proceed?
I think not. I think this is the big one. I think this time Obama has bitten off more than we as a nation care to chew. I think this is one circus that must not be allowed to happen. They say it’s a done deal, but I can not for one moment believe it is, unless our congress does nothing but gives lip service and hand wringing. It is time for them to earn their money.

I can’t wait to see how the left defends this one. There is NO defense…Not even a smidge of lunatic left defense. Actually, that’s why I am hopeful…for once.
