Good Conservatives are often swamped by events. There is a simple answer…

When I am overtaken by the constant barrage of things that make NO sense from the left, I remind myself of an immutable fact, and then I can find a measure of peace…

Whatever the left says is ALWAYS and FOREVER the exact opposite of the truth. ALWAYS.

So when you hear an outrageous exclamation from a liberal, apply reverse logic and you will always learn what they really think. It works every time it is tried. It’s no more complicated than that.

All kidding aside, we won and I kind of feel like that guy who looked up and said, “Oh wow man dude. Hey, those black helicopters up there flying around are ours again…”

Really, all kidding aside. The AlabamaTeaParty.org website started life as a way to get me inserted into the Alabama Tea Party politics…before there was an Alabama Tea Party.

Well, that lasted about five minutes as I went my own way with national politics punditry and went on to OWN the “Most Conservative Website In The United States of America” and “Most Conservative Blog In The United States of America” search terms on Bing and Yahoo. (Google is mean and hateful. Don’t get me started on that rabblous lot!)

Yes, I know you’re not supposed to use the word, “I” in a serious blog. I’m sorry. I apologize. I don’t know what came over me.

The fact is that the AlabamaTeaParty.org website has never had anything to do with the Alabama Tea Party or any other Tea Party for that matter. They haven’t contacted me and I haven’t contacted them.

There might be a good reason for that. It’s hard to know how to take the ATP here. It is equal parts of cutting edge pure conservative seriousness… and …conservative satire and to make any sense of it you have to be able to know where one ends and the other begins. Always tricky with satire.

The AlabamaTeaParty.org website is also just about 99% unique. Unlike many other news oriented blogs, even big ones, I don’t re-run old news. I MAKE the news with original content.

Now, you might actually want to see news re-runs. It is done often enough, so it must be a popular thing. It’s also a quick way to toss up a blog and make a few sales without doing much work. Trust me. It doesn’t take much work to pick up an RSS feed or just copy and paste. Click click done. Big deal with the wheel.

The AlabamaTeaParty.org hasn’t ever received a cent from unnamed conservative sponsors, or George Soros for that matter. Of course, we’re always open to being tempted. Contact us with your offer please. What profit we have made is from all those ads on either side of this column. It’s not a whole lot, believe me.

Thus, I have ever and always wondered how the other guys…and I’m talking the big time blog guys make a living. I can promise it’s not strictly from their ads. They are getting living expenses from somewhere else, and it isn’t advertisers. Somebody is totin’ their water while they sit there at the office in their underwear eating Cheetos Brand Corn Chips and pecking away on their keyboards.

But I’m not jealous. Much.

To the point. Since the AlabamaTeaParty.org website is 99% unique, it’s a unique record of conservative thought going back to March 2009, the very birth of the various Tea Parties. It’s worth digging back through the archives. You’ll see the not un-Beck like voyage of someone (That would be moi) trying to comprehend and make sense out of what I was seeing every day in the national news. There is a lot of good stuff on this website. A lot of it will make you think, maybe laugh, and maybe cock your head to one side like old rover and scratch an ear.

We, you and I, have come a very long way in understanding political and fiscal concepts that have boggled the generations before ours. We have done this in only two years, although it was a crash college level study course to be sure.

In summation, we’re never going to get tricked again. We might have a freedom we enjoy now forcefully taken from us, but we’ll never ever give it away again. We know how the game is played and we’re the new gatekeepers. Life for the politicians got harder this past November 2nd. We’re here to help them now. We’re here to help them EVERY way we can. Now we understand. We comprende. Oh yes.
