Newt gets pounded…again. Good Tea Party Republicans DO NOT approve!

(We ALSO DO NOT APPROVE of Newt spots pounding Romney. How dumb do these guys think we are?)

I don’t care who you’re voting for, this new level of Florida swamp mud throwing really sucks.

This time around we will elect our candidate to whip Obama’s doomsday scenario on the basis of truth…not lies and smarmy political commercials. Who do they get to voiceover those things anyway? Do you know anyone who talks like that? If you did, how far would you trust them.

If Newt digs his own hole, then so be it. However, the LAST thing we should stand for is someone else doing it for him.

In a contest where the best man can rise to the top on the fair and square, this romp in the swamp has really gotten out of hand fast.

I don’t know about you, but I’ll not sit idle while the good ol boy GOP establishment chooses my candidate for me. Not again. Not ever again. Triple down on that when they use Obama tactics.

For his part, Romney may well win the battles with this approach, but if he continues he’ll lose the war. Winning at all cost doesn’t cut it with the Tea Party. Tactically, it’s something Nancy Pelosi would do.

At the end of all things, if Romney proves to be vile to the point of not being worthy, and Newt proves to be not the guy we want him to be…well….there is another.

As best as I can determine, if the reports are true, Romney has in his portfolio the practice of buying businesses with the sole goal of destroying them for profit.

I happen to know that you feel about like I do. Your guts tell you at a ratio of  55/45  that you think this is ok, because it’s part of capitalism.

How would would one go about making a profit from destroying a business?I thought about it and came up with a scenario…

Suppose there is a food warehouse out there that maintains a full stock of goodies. But because their college educated CEO is a total dumb head, now they have their butt in a crack. The business, including the groceries (which are paid for) is worth conservatively ten million. But because of bad management they need a million to pay operating expenses for the coming month or two or they’ll have to shut down. File for bankruptcy.

To the rescue comes Bad Capital, an investment firm, which buys the warehouse for a neat $5 million bucks. This means the CEO is off the hook with a nice little severance package to boot.

Bad Capital has two roads they can travel. Pump in a million bucks to keep the warehouse operating, or sell off the building and assets, lock stock and barrel.

They crunch the numbers in their Microsoft spreadsheet and determine that it will take longer to make back their $5 million investment than they want to wait.

So, (While sending out happy happy memos telling the employees not to worry) they sell the building, trucks, forklifts, tow motors, groceries….everything for cost (Which just happens to be $10 million bucks), and pocket $5 million dollars profit without selling one truckload of groceries.

That’s how to buy a business, dismantle it, and make a profit.

The only thing left to do, is to sponsor a phony work fair for the employees who are out of a job now. Or maybe they don’t even do that.

I, myself, have never been the victim of a demolition scenario like the above, but I have come close.

For 14 years I was employed by a company which was sold 3 times. Each time, I and the other employees worked very hard to get the business back in the black, foregoing raises and such, so the business could be sold again. Eventually, the halls, which had once seen traffic from 50 semi-happy employees was finally emptied.

So I know the pain this sort of capitalism brings for the little guy.

Be that as it may, I, like you, defend the right of a person or business to practice this destructive capitalism, as it has been called.

However, this practice should be called SCROOGE CAPITALISM. Is it OK to do it? Yes. Is it right? No, obviously.

A man who practices this mode of business….Well, it says a lot for the man, doesn’t it?

But BEYOND this… There is ONE OTHER REASON you don’t approach business this way.

The reason my friends is something called, “What Goes Around Comes Around.”

I don’t care if you are religious or not. I’m pretty sure you are a believer in payback. Let me be the one to remind you that it is an absolute fact of nature that man pays for his actions…sooner or later. It is ALWAYS this way. We don’t know when, or how, but we do know it is inevitable.

Thus, Romney is paying now and it just so happens that the angel Gingrich is the man holding the lien. If he hadn’t chosen his destructive capitalism path back then, then you must admit, what we’re seeing today would not be happening. Refer to the documentary, “Back To The Future” for the theory of diverging paths, etc. I do.

Just goes to show you that if you have any idea of becoming president some day, if you’re a conservative, you best walk the path that is straight and narrow.

BTW, I gave my humble opinion of Romney back in October, (Which was well before I knew ANYTHING about his biz background)  when I made the observation that he reminded me of every bad CEO I never knew.

It’s suck city time, Tea Party friends. Romney would not be in the position of having to explain himself right now if he had not been so quick to (slyly) go along with the scorched earth campaign against Newt.

Newt, who was major ticked by the Romney shenanigans in Iowa is even now in the process of running his very own type of scorched earth, salted well campaign against Romney.

Unfortunately, once again the little guy loses. What WE want is to see these two giants JOIN FORCES to GET RID of Obama! Instead, it’s the Tit For Tat show. Amateur hour.

In the meantime, Obama chuckles. Plays golf and chuckles. Well, plays golf, chuckles, and possibly schemes for a brilliant October surprise for Iran. Obama loves surprises.

What has Fox News and Iowa given the nation?

On Wednesday 12/28/2011 Fox News officially, without saying as much, threw its support fully behind candidate Romney.

Beginning with Fox News In the Morning and ending with Fox Talk Yakkers In the Evening, it was wall to wall Romney Goodness Day.

For Newt, it was a full day of hilarious jokes and wise cracks.

Personally, they FORCED me to love Newtie ALL THE MORE because the LAST thing *I* need is some shifty emasculated New York outfit telling me who I ought to like.

In fairness, all this attention on Romney was not his fault, but he basked in the glow. I retched.

What has Iowa given the nation?

Iowa, God Bless em, is full of GOOD people. But as a group they have given us exactly THREE things:

1. Taters. (Po-Ta-Toes)…  Iowa Spuds! Some of the best in the world!

At the end of the day when the last man standing is nominated, whoever it is, it’s going to be like a full Federation raid on a miserable little Klingon outpost. It’s going to be a memorable massacre

BTW, one last measure of scrutiny… NEVER trust any talk yakkers that uses the phrase, “At the end of the day.” It’s a sign that they are uninspired talking point deliverers at the end of the day.

Do you recall Hillary Clinton’s now infamous statement uttered during the last presidential debates?

She said, with a gleam in her old eye, “I consider myself a modern progressive.”

At the time I knew it was an important statement because it made my fur rise…But at the time I was ignorant, as most of us were, about the full portent of the words.

I find that Hillary’s meaning filled words have been viewed more than 200,000 times on Youtube. No need to make it more than 200,001. If you have done your homework, you’re very familiar with this sinister admission.

Thanks to Glenn Beck we’re all more aware these days of the underpinnings of the beast that has come abed with us. Recall that the plague of progressivism blossomed during the time of Woodrow Wilson.

But understand that as the 19 teens wore on, the people of the United States became more and more dissatisfied with the slavish socialistic notions of this dread philosophy.

The year 1923 was RIPE for throwing the progressive bums out. Hence, you have clear evidence that the good people of New York who had also had a bellyful of this foolishness went Republican.

Of course, the feeling didn’t last, and so the district reverted back to Democrat for nearly another hundred years. Broadly speaking, even with such liberal notables as Roosevelt, Carter, and Bill Clinton, the progressives, ever lurking under unturned stones, were never able to emerge fully back into the sunlight until the ’70′s, and then only in vicious yowling packs and dingy college break rooms.

Like poisonous mushrooms, they finally bloomed again in 2008 when all memory of their destructive past was forgotten by conservatives. They lived to destruct again.

Just like the beginning of the 1920′s, though, once again the nation seems to have gotten it’s collective bellyful of progressive shenanigans. The absolute opening act could very well be 9th Congressional District’s Bob Turner.

If this is the case, we’ll know for sure in a few months, and then Turner will be remembered for much more than simply warming the overcooked congressman Weiner’s seat.

And that’s how history repeats itself in 2011.

The film, The Patriot, is a wonderful example of the American spirit in our arsenal of historical epics, and should be viewed by everyone. Most Tea Party patriots have seen it many times.

The Patriot starring Mel Gibson, who was born in New York, but grew up in Australia had the accent for the part.

His foil, Lucius Malfoy, definitely of Limey origin, (But in real life, outside of Hogwarts, a genuinely nice, low key, atypical movie type guy that most Americans would like) stood in for all the ugly Brits infesting our nation in those days.It was the perfect pairing to make the perfect American patriotic movie about the Revolutionary War.

The reason I LOVE the movie that first played in the year of our Lord 2000, and forever more on the telly, is that, at least, from my studies of those time, it gets the feelings, emotions, and at least some of the historical facts right. More than a purely historical movie, it serves to show the character of both sides of the question…the Tories as well as the Patriots. The nobility of the British as well as their cruelties. It shows the making of freemen out of slaves. It shows how out of confused loyalties, men picked a side, right and wrong. It showed the price of choosing wrong and the rewards of choosing right. It thoroughly showed the necessity, at times, to take and make a stand. It showed good…and evil.

This entry into the AlabamaTeaParty.org website is not meant as a movie review, per se. More, as many of us study the founding documents, probably for the first time, along with our Constitution, Bill of Rights, etc, I remind you that a viewing of this great movie will make a lot more sense than the first time you saw it.

The reason? The reason is that now, because of the work of folks such as Glenn Beck, and the Tea Party in general, you will have more a connection with the movie, a connection borne of understanding and study.

The more things change the more they stay the same, as they say. The founding principles are as valid today as they were back then. This film reminds us of that.

Thank the Lord God of Hosts that we get to make our stand in the dry, comfortable ballot box instead of on the bloody besnowed fields of oblivion’s shores. But make no mistake, the heritage and destiny of America is at our fingertips…Same as then.

The enemies of freedom are without…and within, and many wear no red coat that stands out brightly in the sun. Our foes are often creatures of the shadow and dark. They are creatures borne of ignorance and complacency. But some are bold…

“I’m not afraid of anybody,” the California congresswoman told constituents in footage that appeared on ABC affiliate KABC in Los Angeles, not backing down from comments made about President Obama earlier in the week. “This is a tough game. You can’t be intimidated. You can’t be frightened. And as far as I’m concerned — the tea party can go straight to hell.”

As the good book says, “Study to show thyself approved.”

What the good book was saying is don’t just tote your copy of the minified Constitution around in your pocket….Get it out and read it. And the parts you don’t understand…go look them up.

It is too early to tell, but at the very least, the coming election will be the closest thing to the Second American revolution in our history. I am sure this has been said before in past times, but this time around I think it’s for real.

Either we participate and bring on the Second American Revolution at the ballot box next year, or the country falls into the abyss. The choice of outcomes is not so very different than the folks faced in 1776.

Do you want Malfoy or Gibson? Voldemort or Potter? Obama or one of the dozen or so Republican candidates?

Funny thing. Today, just as then, we have our Tories and our Patriots. (We have converted quite a few Tories to Patriots lately, btw.)

So, which are you? A Tory or a Patriot? In case you aren’t sure, a Tory is traditionally an advocate of a monarch or king. In today’s terms here in the colonies, a Tory is more likely an upholder of the status quo, or socialist dictator model. A Patriot is one who believes that the Founders got it more right than any other civilization in all of recorded history with the Constitution of the United States.

A pretend Patriot believes they got it right. A REAL Patriot KNOWS they got it right and is happily able to explain why because of arduous study leading to an understanding of what it is he fights for.

A Patriot is also a supporter of the status quo….the status quo set down by the Founders some years after the successful conclusion of hostilities of the Revolutionary War.

So, I ask you…watch the movie, The Patriot, and enjoy it. And if it leads to questions, come to your computer, go to Google, and ask them. The answers are available, mostly for free.

Listen to Limbaugh, Beck, Hannity, and Levin. Keep the channel on Fox. Seek out old original patriotic documents on the Internet and shun progressive revisionist history.

It came to my attention this morning that the old, tired class structure of the United States has changed in the last couple of years to a more global one.

Globally speaking, in South American banana republics, for example, there are two classes. Those who have money, and those who do not. For the ones who do not…in need of meat and drink, there is always a coconut tree handy. It’s a little harder in the United States where coconut trees do not thrive in the heartland.

Traditionally, and this is the meat of my article, in the United States, we have always had three distinct classes….

• Those who seek work

Today, thanks to the Obama philosophy, we have only two classes…

The Labor Day celebration is a perfect illustration. ABC news reporterette, Cheri Preston said, in an apologetic tone, (paraphrased) Friday, “For those still working, Monday is the Labor Day holiday.”

Right. Yes…for those still working.  It’s the return of the “forgotten man” syndrome. Buddy can you spare a (used to be dime) fiverr so I can go fetch a cup of cappuccino?

In the north of St. Petersburg on Thursday residents photographed an enormous cloud of steam unusual shape, whose shape is reminiscent “mushroom”, which occurs after a nuclear or a massive explosion.
In the main emergency department in St. Petersburg, “Interfax” on Friday reported that there were no man-made accidents and incidents that could cause such incident in the city were recorded.

How, in turn, suggested in the press-service of administration of the Kalinin district of the Northern Capital, a strange “mushroom” could not appear as a result of a technological accident, as is suspected, but because of prevailing on the eve of the weather.

As the source said, just yesterday was the weather – rain in some areas, in others – the sun.”We have consulted with the MOE, and forecasters: there are no emergencies, explosions in the district was not, it’s the weather” – said an administration official.

Meanwhile, chief forecaster of St. Petersburg, Alexander Kolesov, said that the clouds are formed at fairly high altitude above the ground. Meteorologist proposed to study the pictures, if a strange foot “mushroom” rises from the ground, it is unlikely to be air cloud. 

“Yesterday was fog, but this morning’s event. Of course, a cloud in the form of the fungus may appear, because yesterday observed cumulus clouds. But it happens at high altitude. Such a phenomenon at the surface would be unlikely” – said Kolesov.

It is clear that a fancy white swirling cloud rises just above the ground.

In July 2009, residents of Kiev have seen a similar cloud in the form of a giant mushroom. Then the men admitted that for them it was a shock, because all at once remembered the accident at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant.  A couple of hours the cloud, which published pictures of the site Paranormal News , disappeared without trace.

Then the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center edition reported that there was a rare natural phenomenon – the so-called “anvil.” This is due to the peculiarities of the formation of cumulus clouds.  As explained to experts, the cloud initially developed vertically, but after the way he met inversion layer and the temperature rose, it began to travel along horizontally.

As underlined in gidromettsetre as cloud reached about two miles high, it does not pose any threat.  But if “fungus” has grown up to 12-13 km, the temperature inside the cloud would fall very much. As a result, the ground beneath them could become covered with ice even in summer.

Mark Levin said something the other evening that reminded me once again that politics in these United States is not like a football game or auto race any longer. It’s survival. In the wake of Obama you have only utter destruction.

It started me thinking that it’s like Obama has unleashed a dozen Hurricane Katrinas or “Obamacanes”on a mostly good, trusting civilization.

For many of us times are tight with no end in sight. We have paid the ultimate price for relinquishing our duty. The time for the Tea Party was before McCain. Halfheartedly we allowed the Republicans, however they managed to do it, to put us in the moderate mode over a number of years. The price we paid was the ascendancy of the lurking progressive liberal menace.

Now the country is in a shambles and a wreck and no one is saying, “Now they will see how bad liberalism is.”

They don’t see. They are incapable of seeing. Do you see?

The price we pay is no jobs, no health insurance, no dental insurance, no vision insurance, bad mortgages, bad marriages…A new generation of despair. We’re more likely to die of a simple tooth infection than any time in our lifetimes. Chances are that the inevitable rise in mortality is already factored into to the “free” Obamacare that we’re paying for but will likely never receive.

The trillion dollars already spent has vanished like Dixie dew in the late morning sun. Of the trillion, how much went to the bureaucracy, scammers, unions, special interests, socialist organizations, and friends of democrats before a dime was seen on a real projects like country three lane roads, rarely used? We’ll likely never know. But we knew it would happen before a dime was allocated.

Frankly, we’re having to play catchup now after the cow is out of the barn. Did it really have to get this bad before we awoke from our doze? I guess so.

If you think it’s bad now, just wait. Obama and his minions will proceed with a scorched earth policy. It has been predicted. They will salt the wells on their way out. We’ll look back fondly and chuckle at the departing days of Clinton when his people only stole the W’s off the keyboards.

When we tarried in our vigil, we sewed the wind, and now we reap the whirlwind. It’s a sorry mess, I have to tell you.

The upside is that we will rebuild the nation, and in time it will prosper and be greater than before. But tough times are ahead. Tough, tough times.

In their quest for power, the progressives have sewed their own wind, and it will lead to a hundred year drought for their kind. We might not live to see it, but as the eyes of Americans slowly open, the future will be a rough place for socialists. The stories we leave for the children and their children will ensure this.

Even now, in the midst of destruction you can sniff freedom in the air, the salt tang of a new wind blowing.

The liberals take heart that conservatives haven’t chosen the one yet. But they mistake our reticence for a lack of leadership. What they fail to accept is that any one of ours is worth ten of theirs. It’s not that we don’t have confidence in the GOP candidates. It’s that for the first time, the WHOLE team is singing our songs. It’s a deluge of conservatism… A delicious smorgasbord of choices…  A tsunami of conservatism.

We like ALL of the people running for president, for the least of them is better than we have ever had before. Hark back to 1996 when Dole was shoved down our conservative throats, and 2008 with McCain. Compassionate conservatism. Moderation in politics. Oh, but it’s a different day now. It’s our day.

Even as we see our personal and financial walls crumbling, we look to a better day. Hang on. Hang on. Don’t give up. The conservative century is coming.

This is an actual photo of a  Trichogramma Wasp preparing to lay her eggs on a caterpillar. When she completes her delicate mission, you’ll find a whole slew of little white wasp egg babies pinned onto the body of the worm.  Over time the little wasp babies will slurp up all the innards of the worm and the worm will shrivel and die. Mission completed!

The more elite gardeners all know about the Trichogramma Wasp. They use them to remove the pesty tomato chewing worms from the garden politic. Well, actually, they don’t use them so much as hope one comes along to do the job. You can’t force a Trichogramma Wasp to do anything she doesn’t want to do.

The way the blessed one (El Presidente Obama) looks at the country is much like the way the Trichogramma Wasp sees a crawly tasty catalpa worm. He left his stinger in the heart of the nation a couple of years ago. His work is done.

When a man’s work is done, he just naturally goes to Martha’s Vineyard for his well earned rest…on the company dime, if he can, and Obama can.

Come 2013, and if he elects to go to Martha’s Vineyard, he will have to go on his dime. Why not take advantage of the company expense account while he can?

It has made perfect sense to me nearly from the beginning. Can you see the sense of it?

I look forward to the permanent retirement of Obama to Martha’s Vineyard, his work done. That’s when we’ll learn the rest of the story. We know the man is just this side of a Marxist. Gosh knows he has all the commie associations. And we know the man can’t keep his trap shut for more than five minutes. When his work is done, we’re going to see the REAL Obama for the first time.

When the teleprompter comes off, the man comes on, and you’ll be amazed at his world views. I won’t. Maybe you won’t. But many will, if they are paying any attention, and if the electricity is still on.

In the meantime, leave the man alone. Let the man slurp his wine in peace. Jeez!

Since the Reagan years, we have heard an endless parade of democrats standing in front of the microphone saying, “We’re doing it for the children.”

It doesn’t matter the subject, the dems are always doing things for the children. Tell me the truth…can you hear Nancy Pelosi, somewhere in your head droning, “We’re doing it for the children.” No matter that they are fighting FOR abortion for the children, etc.

So, am I the only conservative to notice that since the first stimulus, that phrase has virtually disappeared?

The reason, of course, is that this democrat spending binge has been doing it TO the little children. To utter that phrase of phrases opens them up to criticism by any sane Republican. But I wonder. Why am I the only one to make this basic connection?

Surprisingly, to love is to hate and to hate is to love on Google. I had not expected to find this weird turn or search events. After all, all I was looking for was corroboration of my theory that in dim dem land the phrase “Doing it for the children” had gone the way of the cheap 20oz coke.

“Doing it for the children” is still alive and well with the unwashed, only not in the high muckety muck democrat political circles. You won’t find Debbie Blabbermouth Shultz or Nancy Pelosi bragging that they are raising the debt limit for the children. That would pose an equation that can’t be balanced…Not that unbalanced equations and galactic sized lingual paradoxes have ever meant anything to democrats.

The way the whole “doing it for the children” scheme works can be illustrated thusly: Debbie B. Shultz might say, ” The good democrats will impose a tax on toilet paper. We’re doing it for the children.”

Then MSNBC, Time, Newsweek, etc. picks up the story. The liberal dem pundits pundicize, and on and on. Then Debbie B. Shultz grabs a copy of Time with her comments in it and says, “See, Time says we’re doing it for the children…”

That’s the way the lie becomes printed fact becomes the democrat mantra. The dems, by this point, having told so many lies, and not being able to keep them straight, start believing the lies they started in the first place, and then present them as well known and accepted fact. In the meantime, children are classified as “little people”  by the democrats and are not allowed to poop in their diapers because it could pose a health safety risk first in restaurants, bars, and movie theaters, and later in private homes.

Something that conservatives have known since the first “We’re doing it for the children” rang out is that it’s just a hollow phrase in the dem playbook. Just another subversive tool. Right now, the elite wacko libs can’t use it, but when the time is ripe, you’ll see it again. Mark my words.
